Add HashiCorp Configuration Language (.hcl) Icon

Add an icon for the .hcl file extension used by many of the HashiCorp suite.

But because of the white color of the icon I added a darker version of the icon for people who are using a light background theme:

Is the icon only for files called "hcl" (as shown in the image above) and the language id "hcl"? Are there any specific file extensions for it? I mean, the language id should be good enough, but I just wanted to ask :)

It will be definitely part of the next update.

Ahh nice, the darker icon looks good!

.hcl is the specific file extension for it. I had intended for the hashicorp icon to appear for all files with the .hcl extension and for the language id.

So now all files that end with .hcl will have this icon (e.g. sample.hcl)
