No more development

Dear ProfileTool users,

As you may know, QGIS now has a native profile tool.
It does not fully match features proposed by this plugin but it is very usable for common work.

As consequence, I will not fix bug or add features appart from my own need (it may look selfish but work is done on free time) or very easy fix.
I will still review PR if there is some.
