As proposed by @joshfraser, we could offer a feature that converts any qualifying stablecoins into OUSD when they show up in their wallets. This would require "infinite" allowances to be granted, which will be the default setting in our DApp. It would also involve having the gas for each transaction paid by some other incentivized stakeholder. A centralized service would be used to monitor the wallets at regular intervals and initiate the conversions.
