Package dependencies

After the meeting with @burgerni10, for the new North (CSVToHtpp, #962) I need to upgrade the dependencies. I am going to add the package 'csvtojson' (https://www.npmjs.com/package/csvtojson). I am writing you in order to be sure that it is ok for you.

Since our discussion, I looked on npm for csv converter and I found the papaparse parser which seems better to me. Papaparser advantages :

• Lighter
• More popular (more contributors and more stars on github)
• More frequently updated
• More documented with demos on their website.
• Zero dependencies

Moreover, it can reverse the operation (CSVtoJson and JsonToCSV), which can be useful later if the use case appears.

We already use papaparse in the project ("papaparse": "^5.3.0") so clearly I would prefer to keep using this instead of adding a new one.

I didn't know we were already using it. I'll go take a look on the package.json before going to npm next time :)

I didn't know too, I going to use this package and updtae a little bit the CsvToHtpp North
