Add option to avoid transpiling interfaces and libraries #108

Additionally, the option to transform imports of those libraries into imports from a dependency.

For example:

-import "../utils/Address.sol";
+import "@openzeppelin/contracts/utils/Address.sol";

-contract XYZ {
+contract XYZUpgradeable {

This is so we can fix OpenZeppelin/openzeppelin-contracts#3928.
