Health Checks option not getting enabled

Describe the bug
The health check option is not getting enabled. When trying to toggle it on, it redirects to the settings page and then when I check that option again, it is still not enabled.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to General settings
2. Click on Health Check toggle to enable it

Expected behavior
Health check should be enabled for the app
