where can i find BOM file?

I did find a BOM of sorts here: http://lvd.nedopc.com/Projects/a600_8mb/index.html at the a600_8mb_addon.zip. There is a BUILD.txt inside.

However it would be good to confirm if these are still the same parts for the A1200 version.

Hi,
I made a quick and dirty BOM for the project: https://github.com/OlegMishin/A1200_8MB_FASTRAM/blob/main/pcb/A1200_8MB_OLM-V2_BOM.pdf

CPLD can be 10 or -15ns grade. Not sure about 25ns.
There is a wide selection of DRAM which can be used in the project. I added a list to the end of the main description page.

it shoud be AS4C1M16E5 Alliance
