Currently we set NotSet for column values when no transformation has been applied to distinguish between Null results.

In pandas type data runners this forces the data type to be changed to object which breaks the efficiency in pandas like runners.

Maybe we should revert to using None but logging when no transformation has been applied to a value in a row.
