[bug] Not getting activity bot updates for questions

Describe the bug
Since moving questions over to supabase, we're not getting updates on the #activity-bot channel on discord.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

1. Go to the most recent questions on PP prod.
2. Go to the activity bot channel on discord.
3. See that the most recent question isn't on discord.

Also add ?utm_source=discord to the url sent to discord
