Rich Boyce provided two tab delimited files containing mappings from FDA UNII to DrugBank and RxNorm. The readme and script that generates the mapping is attached FYI. The code is being streamlined and merged into the bio2rdf linkedSPLs project for now but, as I mentioned, we would like to migrate the drug interlinking stuff into the OHDSI vocab pipeline over the next year.
