The issue is related to NethLink (NethVoice Web client)
Milestone
Users have requested the ability to see whether an incoming call belongs to a queue and which queue it belongs to. Currently, this information is not visible, making it difficult for operators to understand the context of the call before answering.
Additionally, they want this information to remain visible during the call (while the call is ongoing) to keep track of the queue the caller came from.
Integrate this information into the Phone Island.
Feature Requirements:
Display the call queue name (if applicable) for incoming calls
Ensure the queue information remains visible during an ongoing call
