NethLink Click2Call

The user wants to call the phone numbers in the NethVoice CTI or other parts of the operating system by clicking on them and automatically starting the call on his main device.

Outside of the NethVoice CTI, click-to-call must be possible only with the NethLink installed and configured.

Inside NethVoice CTI (only with NethLink installed for physical phones):

• with web phone, the call starts automatically
• with NethLink the call starts automatically (https://github.com/orgs/NethServer/projects/11/views/3?sliceBy%5Bvalue%5D=1.1&pane=issue&itemId=82079028)
• with the supported physical phone the NethVoice CTI communicates to NethLink the API address with which to contact the phone, NethLink invokes the phone's API and the call starts automatically

Outside NethVoice CTI (only with NethLink installed) the user selects the number to call and presses the key combination to activate the click to call:

• with web phone, the NethLink communicates to NethVoice CTI the number to call and the call starts automatically if possible or functionality only with NethLink
• with NethLink the call starts automatically (also using Windows TEL protocol or macOS equivalent)
• with the supported physical phone the NethLink invokes the phone's API and the call starts automatically
