TC:

  1. Deploy cluster on Ubuntu 22.04 with services.resolv.conf section.
  2. Add node on RHEL9

AR: Node is not joined. journalctl for kubelet contains error "open /run/systemd/resolve/resolv.conf: no such file or directory".

Possible W/A it to use services.kubeadm_patches.

For new Kubernetes versions this may be fixed in kubernetes/kubeadm#3034
