Dashboard issues "NetApp Detail: MetroCluster"

Describe the bug

• Dashboard variables have sorting disabled (Datacenter, Cluster, Node, Aggr)
• Highlights Stat Panels "Volume Average Latency" and "FCVI Write Latency" have very low thresholds defined. (FCVI going to red on 10 microseconds. 100km FC distance will lead to 2 milliseconds latency. Please revise to realistic thresholds)
• "MetroCluster Disk Drilldown" Panels User Reads & User Writes use unit Microseconds instead of IOPS
• "MetroCluster Disk Drilldown" Latency Panels use Milliseconds but value look of the charts. Maybe Microseconds would be correct, unsure about this one.
• "MetroCluster FCVI Drilldown" Panel "FCVI Latency" shows Millicseconds instead of Microseconds.
• "Disk and Tape Adapter Drilldown" Panel "Adapter Read Data" has unit Microseconds instead of MB/s
• "MetroCluster FibreBridge/Array Drilldown" Panel "FibreBridge/Array WWPN - Read Data" has unit Microseconds instead of MB/s
