Top Volume Fabricpool Drilldown shows empty when the cluster has all FG volume

Flexgroup's are gaining momentum and adding them on Top Volume Fabricpool Drill Down will allow users to view GET/PUT latencies

Tested on main at commit ff56a8a

Changed the flag to true for testing in wafl_comp_aggr_vol_bin.yaml files.

plugins:
  - FabricPool:
      - include_constituents: true

Out of 5 panels, 2 latency panels are not able to show data when only flexgroup is selected in dropdown of Volume var.
