Description

A pull request has been submitted to NOAA-GFDL/GFDL_atmos_cubed sphere to update the dynamical core that can be built in 32-bit while the FMS is built in 64-bit.

The atmos_cubed_sphere in fv3atm needs to be updated to use the updated dynamical core.

Solution

Update FV3 dynamical core component.
