The EMC-CICE5 cap does not calculate a salinity dependent freezing temperature of the ocean. Instead, the freezing temperature is set at a constant -1.836. This issue has been present since the cice5 cap was first brought to emc. Tf needs to be calculated in the cap after importing the sea surface salinity.
