Our benchmarking started failing today, here's the first failure log.

· Creating environments
·· Error running /usr/bin/conda env create -f ../build_envs/asv-bench.yml -p /home/runner/work/geocat-comp/geocat-comp/benchmarks/env/fb1f2a49b0922f2ee9ef0a16ae6a79ff --force (exit status 2)
   STDOUT -------->

   STDERR -------->
   usage: conda [-h] [-v] [--no-plugins] [-V] COMMAND ...
   conda: error: unrecognized arguments: --force

This appears to be an issue with asv's use of conda flags as discussed here:
airspeed-velocity/asv#1396

It looks like there's a PR open on their end. We might want to downgrade our conda version for benchmark runs only, as we still have asv pinned as of #569.
