Description

@MicroTed reported in #761 (comment) that the GSL drag_suite_init code is not run. This is because the CCPP metadata hooks preceding the subroutine call are missing:

!! \htmlinclude drag_suite_init.html

Adding those in should not affect any of the existing tests.
