Description

The NEMSfv3gfs regression test scripts in test/nemsfv3gfs should be removed. Regression testing will be handled in other ways (determined by the CCPP Physics Developer Committee). These scripts haven't been updated in three years and are no longer working.

Solution

rm -fr test/nemsfv3gfs

Keep unusable scripts in repository
