Automatic Light|Dark theme depending on users setting

Expected Behavior

The dark or light theme is automatically choosen depending on the users individual setting.

Current Behavior

It's globally controlled by one parameter of the module.

Context

I like it dark, other like it light and either way it looks ugly, when thees settings are not aligned with the overall theme :) Icingaweb2 has this functionality, would be nicer if the Grafana module would act in the same way.
