The current dump in the wild seems to be a bad dump.

I have read elsewhere it uses a new mapper, which is unsupported. Definitively a bad dump, after some checks on my part.

The international release of the game doesn't have the graphical glitches at all (but the speed is another seperate issue).
When checking and comparing the CHR ROM of the two versions, clearly something gone wrong when the JP cartridge was done.

Hmm both the Japanese and English dumps I have checked have the same graphical glitches. Maybe there is some other dump out there in the wild.

The dumps available on the Net are incorrectly dumped, as already explained.
