• Removed the version limitation in the meta package. The check that is updated in v17.06.0-ml1 helps the update process to newer versions of Docker-CE fairly clean.

Updated the Docker CE CLI to update to the latest version of CE.

Bringing the App meta information, and I will just fix my other package.

Changed the design of the Docker CE CLI.
It will no longer look like an app to managed from the UI, but all of the backend components are still the same as previous builds.

This will help the flexibility of future Docker capable apps.
I am working with Netgear to see if we can add the package to the repo for others to use.
