Well, they're not exactly grunt files, but rather sections that the packager needs to add to the library's gruntfile, and respect its conventions (e.g. spacing, or (not) including npmLoadTasks). I don't even think a patch file is possible, and so far I've manually copy/pasted them into various grunt files.

Happy to learn of better solutions.
