Layer is not updated when updating ol-source-xyz url prop

This demo doesn't work anymore with the newest version.

I have forked a demo here with the exact same code. Here are the warnings on the console

Expected behavior
Layer is updating when changing the source url. Looks like it did work with the previous version.
