Partial Wing heat dissipation on record sheet

The extra heat dissipation provided by a partial wing is not currently added to a 'Mech's base heat dissipation value on MML-generated record sheets--so units like the Hierofalcon or Ion Sparrow currently show a total of 10(20) heat dissipation.

Could this be changed so that the displayed heat dissipation value incorporates the Partial Wing's bonus? So instead of show 10(20), it'd display 10(23), in the same way as presented in RS:3145 (see the Gyrfalcon or Shrike record sheets for two quick examples).
