Aero specific weapons (like AAA missiles, AS missiles, etc.) are available to ground vehicles, but when you switch to an aero fighter they disappear.
It should be the opposite. Am I missing something obvious?

Since these are always mounted as external stores, they should not be available in construction for any units.
