This issue is for discussion of the use case “Change the bearing of a map”, its examples & list of required capabilities.

MapML doesn't have a specific proposal for this, mostly because Leaflet doesn't support map rotation yet, but we do strongly support the use case. It can make manipulating a map a frustrating user experience however.
