Thread on promotion/iframe email not displaying the entire conversation

Bug Description

If a thread is a promotion or iframe, not sure which one, it doesn't load all the messages from the thread

Steps to Reproduce

Answer to a promotion/iframe email
It would show the quantity of messages in the thread, but would only display one

Expected Behavior

Show all the emails of the thread

Actual Behavior

Only showing the original email
