Describe the Bug

When log level is set to verbose, the stream freezes almost immediately after connecting.
When log level is set to not verbose, everything works perfectly.

Expected Behavior

No response

It looks like this log text might help isolate the problem: "terminate called after throwing an instance of 'boost::wrapexcept<boost::exception_detail::error_info_injectorboost::log::v2s_mt_nt6::conversion_error >'
what(): Could not convert character encoding"

This bug also occurs in v0.20.0.
If the log level is set to verbose, the corresponding error is output and the application error is subsequently logged in the event viewer, and connection is terminated. (In the portable version, the application will exit).
I hope this issue will be reopened...

First time I'm installing Sunshine and I'm having the same problem. In my case, my local installation path also contains spaces ' ' and characters like 'ã'. In any version I try to install I've the same sympthons, therefore I'm not able to install any Sunshine version.
