Moonlight appears to connect fine when connected via ZeroTier One but ZeroTier one introduces noticeable decrease in speed (increased jitter packet loss) compared to direct connection without Zerotier. Ports TCP and UDP opened and even "Can you see me .org" shows that the services are reachable and that my network is not blocking it, but for some reason I continue to receive the error message "Starting RTSP handshake failed: Error 10060
Check your firewall and port forwarding rules for port(s): TCP 48010,
UDP 48000, UDP 48010"
Steps to reproduce
Install sunshine on host and moonlight on client. Disable ZeroTier One. Disable UPnP in sunshine settings. Manually forward ports in your router settings page. Use "canyouseeme.org" to confirm if the ports are externally visible. Once you have confirmed that "canyouseeme.org" can externally see these ports required by sunshine/moonlight then you know this is not a network issue but rather a moonligh/sunshine software bug/issue. Go to Client PC and open Moonlight. Enter IP address (but in my case I am using my domain name "example.com" which points to my IP address). Pin pairing with Sunshine. Now try to open Desktop or any other application listed on Moonlight. Profit.

Affected games
Any game, cannot even connect to desktop. Again, I am connecting and viewing my screen fine with Rustdesk and Anydesk and teamviewer, Moonlight or sunshine is definitely bugged.

Additional context
The weird thing is, sometimes it connects directly (very rarely) but most of the time it just shows the RTSP handshake error.
