Describe the Bug

I've been struggling with this for a while, found a simple way to fix it, and I'm just posting this here so people could find a solution, or it could be added as a requirement when launching moonlight.

Screen doubling is present on stream typically when strange aspect ratios are used, or multiple displays are present. I'm adding a screenshot from a person who just posted this issue as I'm not home to repeat this behaviour.
SAMPLE

I'm unsure if this is happening on Nvidia hardware specifically, but the solution is simple.

Go to control panel and force scaling to be done on the GPU.
