Исправлены пути спрайтов комиссарской формы (я нз как, но оно лично у меня так работало) и острый молот

Были исправлены пути спрайтов комиссарской формы (не в ту сторону, с#ка), отключены все расы кроме людей и затуплен молот (почему он мог резать и наносил режущий дамаг?)
