How can I change the embedded pictrs port?

And setup.tls_enabled: true, if I'm running lemmy behind nginx, nginx is the tls terminator, not lemmy.
Do I set it to false?
Does lemmy automatically request letencrypt certs?

Also prometheus.port do I reference the local prometheus server port there?
