[Bug] editable_switch

Bug report

What I did

in setup list operation i added a editable_switch to a boolean field and its going well but when i tried to toggle it, it's not saving after i refresh the page

What I expected to happen

i expect it to be green not grayed out

What happened

i got this javascript error instead

What I've already tried to fix it

this but i think it's already is for the latest version:

Is it a bug in the latest version of Backpack?

After I run composer update backpack/crud the bug... is it still there?
