first of all thank you for providing OpenCV for Delphi.
I tried myself to install it for Delphi 10.4 Community Edition and have alot of trouble with it. One of the issues are the wrong paths for the units in the DPK files in the packages folder for Delphi 10.3. But then when I correct the pathes a new issue is coming up. The inlcude files don't get recognized. I added all the paths like written in point 4 of your installation instructions but it won't help. I tried it several days until I gave up.

Would it be possible that you publish OpenCV on GetIt? (https://getitnow.embarcadero.com/product/delphi/)
Other users seem to suggest that, too. (https://en.delphipraxis.net/topic/4904-what-about-additional-free-open-source-c-libraries-on-getit/)
The alternative would be to rework the installation instructions.
Don't get me wrong. You did a good job so far but the installation process is frustrating.
Edit: Sorry for duplicate. Didn't saw the post from @MHumm.
