'The targets is nil when call the function get_target' error

Hello, this was asked before in issue #43 and there was a fix in pr #44 which is merged to master and included in 2.0.0 tag, however, as i understand you discarded 2.0.0 and switched to 3.0.0, but 3.x versions doesnt contain this pull request, so i would like to ask you if this was your intention or just didn't realize it when you discarded 2.x 7478c5f#diff-bbd9ce5e4ea54fa087df77f28dc6d694e1f934686de317391a8f2c77573d88e2L1563

I am stuck in 2.2.x versions of api7 fork because of my apisix version, so I will patch it myself in my environment anyway, but I wanted to bring it up if this was a mistake and not the intention.
