Add AUDACES vendor prefix

Hi, I would like to request the AUDACES vendor extension prefix be reserved for Audaces. We are currently using GLTF as our format to interchange 3d models, and probably we will design some extensions for usage in our products with features still not present in the standard.

Prefix: AUDACES
