**KazCrypt License Agreement**

This software ("KazCrypt") is provided as open-source, free of charge, under the following terms:

1. **Personal & Non-Commercial Use**
   - You are free to use, modify, and distribute this Software for personal and non-commercial purposes.

2. **Inclusion in Free & Open-Source Projects**
   - You may include this Software in your free and open-source project, provided that:
