Updating to Unicode Emoji v14 is planned for October 20, 2021 October 27, 2021.

Although the new Emojis are already available since June 2, 2021 on Unicode's website, this is only the draft 1 and I'm not only waiting for the release, which is scheduled for September 14, 2021 but I'm also waiting for the release of the CLDR v40 which is scheduled for October 20, 2021.

Unicode postponed the release of CLDR v40 to October 27: https://cldr.unicode.org/index/downloads/cldr-40
