Use a more recent Documenter version #321

The latest docs seem to be for 1.0.3 (but the latest release is 1.0.4). I am sure there's not much of a difference, but would be nice to bump the docs to the latest version. Also, it would be nice to update to a new version of Documenter, which looks much nicer.

#322 bumps Documenter, but I think the gh-pages branch needs to be somehow be refreshed to get the new look and feel.
