Error while adding xml suffix

Hi GCAM team,

I encountered this error message while I was doing a user-modify function. (following the online tutorial)
I searched a lot of materials but didn't find any similar issues.

Based on this error, I thought this XML was blocked/not changeable. So I did another try to modify the other cache but still received the same error.

I was blocked here for a few days. Greatly appreciate any help/advice!

I have sent emails to the authors of this online tutorials, asking for help and waiting for their reply.

BTW, is this the only way to modify the parameters for scenario analysis? Because I want to change some parameters in the csv and then put them into R, resulting in the format of XML. Now my study was stucked in this process.><
