Enumerate EHCI controllers with new userspace bus driver
Initialize controller
Enumerate and reset connected ports
Send control transfers
Get device descriptors from connected devices

Spin-off tasks

Disassociate Memory Objects from virtual addresses (mappings will instead happen via the Address Space)
Abstract out userspace MemoryObject and MappedMemoryObject representations (cc Introduce higher-level Rust representations of kernel objects in libpoplar #71)
Provide managed (i.e. has an allocator) physically-mapped memory region thing
