Does not work on FireFox mobile browsers

I installed the FireFox browser on my iPhone 5s and attempted to try the demo here: https://illyism.github.io/jquery.vibrate.js/ (I did this because the following MDN link explains that it's only supported on FireFox: https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/API/Navigator/vibrate)

However, upon clicking the various "try it" buttons on the page, the vibration never occurred. Please let me know if there are additional device settings that need to be in place.
