ALL/BUILDS: Modify appropriate build scripts to use zipped archives

Apply zipping of specific groups files to improve local data management

this would improve the management of build and local instrument backup data

_{As a systems administrator, I can see that we are losing both developer time and systems administration time as a result of not managing our large number of small files efficiently.}

Occurs

1. Particularly on archives of IBEX builds (where very large numbers of files affect efficiency)
2. Also in lack of efficiency of manipulating and storing local IBEX backups on each instrument (where developer time, free space and efficiency are all unnecessarily compromised)

Notes:

• Whilst it might be tempting, this ticket specifically does not include remediating/"zipping" anything currently causing an issue (e.g. builds on the servers, backups on instruments)
• This will begin to work over time with modified scripts

Acceptance Criteria

• Determine how many builds should be kept zipped, and how many should be kept unzipped
• Scripts in the IBEX build ensure previous builds are stored as .zip files (after maybe the first or second copy- tbd)

How to Review

• Check that builds start being produced as .zip files
