Browser/manager for Dataset Collections?

"What i need this for is for example, to check which of my collections are public and which are private and then also set each of these individually."

For most entities on gEAR we have a browser/manager interface for that thing:  datasets, gene lists, analyses, projections, etc, but there isn't one for profiles/dataset collections.

Just need to think of a good way to do this which doesn't add an extra layer and make things seem like too much.

For the time being in the Dataset Explorer, when you select one of your dataset collections there is a toggle to make it public or private.
