[Epic] Dashboard design updates

Applicant Dashboard

• Update status bar UI, make every status visible upfront.
• Update applicant dashboard header UI.
• For the applicant dashboard, use the status bar for both projects and submissions.
• Add only the active invoices as rows to the applicant dashboard with a few columns(as per the design).
• Maintain a different type of invoice statuses, just to show invoice's current status only for invoice table/rows purposes not to list/history of the statuses.
• My Tasks list(Todo app) for every user pending actions #3628
• Update applicant dashboard with all submissions into a section with pagination #3792
• Update applicant dashboard UI, font sizes, spacing, text, and other things for submissions, projects, and invoices.

Finance Dashboard

• My task module for finance members.
• Overview section for count and quick access.
• Update Navigations(dropdown for submissions and projects) #3670
• Use different tables/pages for PAF, reports, projects and invoices.

Staff Dashboard
