Schema filtering on Team ownership not working

Describe the bug

Right now in the UI, especially in the Schemas page there is a dropdown to filter schemas based on the team ownership (exactly like the Tests filtering one):

The problem is that the functionality is not working, either you select "Show All" or "Only My Own" the result would be the same.

After some investigation, looks like the functionality is not supported in the backend.

To Reproduce

Open schema page, login and try switching the dropdwon. You'd see the actual results would not change.

Version

What is the version of Horreum ?

Version 0.12.1 as well as from master.

Additional Context

With #1290 we are going to hide that dropdown from the UI until this is fixed / implemented in the backend.
