how about to add a recipe via Ui? As in "Mcraft" (I didn't find the link, sorry)
the bottom line is that a menu of a large chest opens in front of you, on the left - a 3x3 empty square to create a recipe, on the right - one empty cell with the result (take into account the enchantments and the name of the object). The other cells cannot be edited!
