Get an enhancement for the tools OMERO IDs and OMERO get IDs.
They should also be able to list:

Dataset IDs based on the content (i.e. input an image IDs, output is the dataset ID where the image is linked to)
Filter projects and dataset by filename and not only images
Include dataset ID output in the OMERO import tool

Enhancement required also for OMERO metadata:

Add the possibility to upload also attachment and not only KV pairs and tables

OMERO IDs:

The KV pair is set as hidden, need to be changed
Searching file name should work also with regex of the filename
